These terms govern use of quickcncs.com and the exchange of preliminary quotation information. A purchase order or signed commercial agreement may contain additional or controlling terms for a specific manufacturing project.
Website content is general information, not a guaranteed capability for every geometry, material or tolerance. Feasibility is confirmed only after review of the current model, drawing, quantity, material, finish, documentation and delivery requirements.
Quotations are based on stated assumptions, revision data, scope, currency, validity and delivery basis. A change to design, quantity, material, finish, inspection, packaging or schedule can require a revised quotation. Production begins only after commercial acceptance and any required payment or credit conditions.
The customer represents that it may provide the submitted files and authorize their use for quotation and manufacturing. Ownership of customer drawings and designs is not transferred merely by submission. QuickCNCs may retain necessary project records subject to confidentiality, contract and legal requirements.
Acceptance criteria are the agreed drawing revision, specifications and purchase terms. Inspection scope and documents must be agreed before production. Suspected nonconformance should be reported promptly with part identification, quantity, evidence and the affected requirement before parts are altered or discarded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability and remedies are governed by the accepted quotation, purchase order and any signed agreement. Nothing on the website creates an unsupported warranty, certification, performance statistic or approval for regulated or safety-critical use.
