This capability statement separates publicly supported machining processes from machine-specific claims that still require project confirmation. QuickCNCs does not use an aggregated network total as an owned-machine count, and it does not publish a universal maximum envelope for every process.
CNC milling: prismatic and multi-face parts in metals, plastics and tool steel; machine travel and table load confirmed per RFQ.
CNC turning: shafts, bushings, flanges and threaded parts; diameter, length and support confirmed per RFQ.
5-axis: 3+2 or simultaneous routing where geometry justifies it; exact machine and usable envelope confirmed.
EDM / wire EDM: conductive materials, tooling details and hardened components; wire size, tank/workpiece limits and finish confirmed.
Surface grinding: flatness, parallelism and thickness control; chuck area and part geometry confirmed.
Only equipment supported by a current internal record should be described as owned. When a specialized process or overflow capacity is coordinated through a qualified partner, the quotation identifies that arrangement where relevant to quality, confidentiality or delivery. Partner resources are not counted as QuickCNCs-owned machines.
Inspection is selected from the drawing and may include calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, indicators, thread gauges, surface-plate methods and CMM measurement. The exact equipment, range, software, calibration evidence and report format are confirmed before order acceptance.
Provide controlled 3D and 2D data, material and condition, quantity, finish, critical characteristics, inspection documentation and target delivery. State any approved alternatives or supplier restrictions.
Tolerance is reviewed by feature against size, geometry, material, setup, process sequence and measurement. The quotation records assumptions; it does not extend one tight value to every dimension.
Selected dimensional reports, first-article records or material documents can be included when the required scope and format are stated before quotation.
Not necessarily. Machine ownership and partner-supported processes are distinguished during capability confirmation where they affect confidentiality, quality or delivery.
