Send a 3D model, controlled drawing and the commercial requirements needed to evaluate the project. Complete information reduces clarification time and helps QuickCNCs quote the process route, inspection scope and delivery assumptions accurately.
Complete the form below with your project requirements. To send drawings or CAD files, email them directly to jerry@ckmold.com.
• Include your company name and project reference in the email subject.
• Attach PDF, JPG, PNG, STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, DWG or DXF files directly to the email.
• State material, quantity, tolerances, finish, inspection requirements and target delivery date in the form or email.
• If the files are too large for email, submit the form first and ask for an alternative transfer method.
Files are used to assess manufacturability, prepare the quotation and communicate engineering questions. They are not intentionally published. Access is limited to personnel and manufacturing resources needed for the review and proposed route. See the Privacy Policy for retention and data-rights information.
Complete RFQs are targeted for review within one business day; complex tooling and multi-process projects can require more analysis.
Complete the required fields below and submit your project information. Please send drawings and CAD files directly to jerry@ckmold.com; files are not uploaded through this website.
For safe web upload, use ZIP, PDF, JPG or PNG. Put STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, DWG or DXF files inside a ZIP archive rather than opening additional executable file types on the server.
The form is configured for files up to 25 MB. If the project package is larger, submit the project summary first and request an alternative controlled transfer method.
Yes. State that an NDA is required and avoid disclosing restricted detail until the agreement path is confirmed.
A 3D model, controlled 2D drawing, material, quantity, finish, critical tolerances, inspection documents, delivery destination and target date are the core inputs.
The reply is sent to the business email address entered in the form. Check that it is accurate and monitor spam or quarantine folders.
